STAFF FIXATION PROPOSAL

All Managers/Headmasters of this sub district should submit the Satff Fixation proposal for 2015-16  on or before 8-7-2015 with following documents.

1)Fixation of Teaching staff (Proposal)
2)Standard wise list of  UID/EID enrolment(From Sampoorna)
3)UID/EID summary
4)Copy of Sixth working day strength
5)Staff list
6)Sketch plan of school building
7)Details of re-admitted/belated pupils
8)Declaration of the headmaster regarding the  non enrollment of          UID/EID students
9)Declaration of the manager regarding the Para XV of the                    GO(P)No.313/2013/Edn dated 29-11-2013
10)Fitness certificate for 2015-16(Original)
11)Declaration from the class teacher in respect of pupils who have      no UID/EID
